Niniejszy tom Bałkański folklor jako kod interkulturowy otwiera – w intencji redaktorki – serię prac zbiorowych, których wspólnym mianownikiem jest potrzeba odkrywania, dekodowania i dzielenia się wiedzą o tradycyjnym i współczesnym folklorze narodów bałkańskich. Wpisuje się on w realizowany od 2009 roku przez Instytut Filologii Słowiańskiej Uniwersytetu im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu projekt badawczy pod tym samym tytułem. U jego podstaw, które determinują jednocześnie wybór oraz sposób organizacji tekstów publikowanych w przedkładanym zbiorze, znajduje się szeroka definicja folkloru łącząca dorobek badawczy zarówno filologów literaturoznawców i językoznawców, jak i etnologów, etnografów, antropologów, kulturoznawców i religioznawców. Założeniem redakcyjnym jest prezentacja oraz, co ważniejsze, konfrontacja wyników współczesnych eksploracji naukowych i popularnonaukowych zorientowanych na problemy terytorialnych, narodowych i wspólnotowych wyznaczników i form bałkańskiego folkloru.
Abstract (en)
The volume opens a series of collective work, whose common denominator is the need to discover, decode and share knowledge about traditional and contemporary folklore of the Balkan nations. On one hand, a significant number of presented texts, on the other their theoretical, methodological and cognitive eclecticism and growing interest in the problems difficult to enclose in the narrow defining confines – folklore, which fascinates, as it is clear with this volume, not only ethnologists and folklorists but people of humanities and culture in general. From genological considerations seeking classification rules of folk compositions independently or/and with reference to the findings of literary genology, through ritual and custom conditioning and the context of oral literature, the place of verbal folklore in the historical and literary process of Slavic and non-Slavic nations inhabiting the Balkan Peninsula, the geographical diversity of family life-cycle and the Balkan calendar year rituals, to the aspects of postmodern
folklore and the folklore of social groups (with regard to age, profession, religion, etc.) – this in a nutshell and wide generalization presents the spectrum of subjects discussed in this collection. The key to classify the texts in this volume were the spheres of possible agreement and simultaneously the main defining controversial points, which include common, extra-national dimension of the Balkan folklore.
